At Road Dawg Golf Apparel Inc, we aim to deliver high-quality golf apparel and accessories with excellent service. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we handle order processing, shipping, delivery, returns, and customer support.

1. Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Out of Stock Items: If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you via email and offer a refund, store credit, or alternative.

2. Shipping

  • Shipping Options: We offer multiple shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited shipping.

  • Delivery Times:

    • Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days

    • International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

  • Shipping Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier but will assist in tracking your package.

3. Delivery

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Road Dawg Golf Apparel Inc is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at rdgteam@golf.com or 818-366-2465.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Conditions: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Return Process:

    1. Email rdgteam@golf.com with your order number and reason for return.

    2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for return shipping.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Exchanges: Contact us to arrange an exchange for size or style.
